NGClouds offers a limited money-back guarantee for certain services. Because most of our products provision dedicated resources or are custom-configured at the moment you order, the majority of hosting services are non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible Web Hosting services. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a refund for that service. This guarantee does not apply to the non-refundable services listed below.
Effective 19 February 2020, a 10% deduction is applied to approved refunds to cover the payment instrument (payment company) commission. The remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method.
Payments made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable under any circumstances.
To request a refund for an eligible service, open a ticket from your client area within the guarantee window, including your order details. Our team will review your request and process any approved refund to your original payment method.
